More Figures completed...

Stan Johansen completed some great figures for me. First up was the Infinity Nomad Starter set ( A Military Police, Scout, two soldiers, a heavy infantry and another soldier, respectively...naturally they have different names in the game:
He also added to my Moderns with some of Eureka's Modern Germans; and,
Eureka Taliban fighters.

More Stuff completed from Glenbrook Games

Glenbrook Games run by Matt Slade provided me with some great Tribes of Legend (i.e. Greek Mythology figures) You should go to there website and check them out:http://mattsgamepage.blogspot.com/2012/04/foundry-greek-myths-and-legends.html#comment-form

I tried to copy the pictures but some glitch in Safari blocked it...

Two Days of fun in the sun...

We spent two days patrolling and cold trailing in Manorville, NY on the Crescent Bow Fire. Good honest work. Sad to say three house, one business and several outbuildings got burned over. So did a brush truck with three volunteer firemen (I heard they are ok with minor burns). Any way here are all the photos I got. Not many, too busy or too repetitive...
and check out the XXXL shirt that hangs off me and the pince nez made of ash. Styling!

Devestation:
These folks lost one structure but their house was saved. Their neighbors lost their business:

Cold Trailing

We spent the day Cold Trailing and Mopping Up smokers on the north flank of the fire. Nothing too exciting...out now and be back at daylight...maybe a cool picture or two...and NO that's not me walking around with partial gear or even partial PPE
(unbelievable)...we wanted to do some Burnouts but no joy from the IC. Let's hope the weather is cooperative and we get it ringed tomorrow...and don't ask why we're not working tonight.
